After replacing the battery does your smartphone not switch on or keeps switching on and off?

Please check that the battery has been properly replaced then leave your phone to charge for one hour.
Check that you have not cut off the battery board from the connector. If this is the case, the warranty will be invalidated.
If despite these checks your phone still does not switch on and your phone works with the old battery, please kindly contact customer service.

After replacing the battery, does your smartphone no longer connect to a network ?

The phone can no longer detect a network because the clock is displaying the wrong time.

To set your smartphone to the correct time:

Please connect your smartphone to your PC / Mac, launch iTunes and click on « trust ».
Once the phone is recognised, the time will be automatically set.
Check that the time is correct and restart your device. The network should reappear.

Is your phone no longer responding ?

Your device’s software may be faulty:
Force quit by pressing the power button and home button for at least 10 seconds.
If despite this, your phone still has a display fault please kindly contact customer service.

After replacing the screen does your smartphone fail to connect to a network ?

This is perhaps just due to a poor connection.

Switch off your smartphone
Remove and replace the screen.
Switch on your smartphone
Check that you have not damaged a screen board.

If despite this, your phone still has a display defect, please kindly contact customer service.

Does a flicker appear on your new screen ?

Your device may have a static electric charge.

Charge your phone for at least 2 hours, and do not use it throughout this time.
Check that you have not damaged a screen board.

Is your phone no longer responding ?
